Dinner Highlights
The meal was a hit! The events team coordinated with Rocco’s, who graciously hosted and made space for the group. Everyone enjoyed a delicious spread of lasagna, chicken alfredo, and salad — a big thank you to those who helped make it happen.
Dues Collected
We’re excited to share that 32 neighbors paid their dues during the event. Thank you for helping support ongoing projects and improvements in the community.
Neighborhood Conversations & Shoutouts
There were good conversations around alley concerns, and neighbors were encouraged to report issues through the City of Dallas 311 service.
People also asked about security cameras and the upcoming speed bumps — which got a big cheer! Thanks to Chuck for helping bring those to the neighborhood.
We also heard a lot of positive feedback about the new neighborhood website — thanks to Ana and Vince for bringing it to life.

Mark your calendars for our annual neighborhood gathering at Rocco’s on March 26th from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM! This event is a great opportunity to meet HOA volunteers, discuss neighborhood initiatives, and share local concerns in a casual, welcoming environment.
When to Arrive
We encourage everyone to arrive at the start of the event to take full advantage of the discussions and introductions. However, if you can’t make it right at 6:00, you’re still welcome to drop by later!
